B2M - MCP
Connect your Amazon account
This page explains how the authorization of B2M - MCP works, which permissions the application requests and why, and how you keep control of the connection. The authorization uses the standard flow that Amazon provides for third-party applications, and it is completed from your own Amazon Seller Central account.
What happens when you authorize
You start from Seller Central
The authorization takes place inside your own Amazon Seller Central session. Amazon shows you the application, B2M - MCP, and the set of permissions it requests.
You review and approve the permissions
You see exactly which data areas the application will be able to read before approving anything. If you do not approve, nothing is shared. You never enter your Amazon password anywhere outside Amazon.
The connection becomes active
Once you approve, Amazon issues the application an authorization limited to those permissions. B2M - MCP starts reading the authorized data and your workspace is prepared. From then on you can revoke the authorization at any time from Seller Central.
The permissions we request, and why
B2M - MCP requests only the permissions that its features need. Each of them maps to a working area of the product:
- Inventory and Order Management— to track orders and inventory at business level
- Product Listing— to audit and manage your catalog and listing content
- Pricing— to consult and adjust prices and monitor offer competitiveness
- Finance and Accounting— to extract financial events and build margin and reconciliation reports
- Amazon Fulfillment— to manage FBA inventory and inbound shipments
- Amazon Warehousing and Distribution— to manage AWD inventory and shipments
- Selling Partner Insights— to monitor account health and seller performance
- Amazon Logistics— to follow shipment statuses
What we never access
B2M - MCP does not request access to buyer personal data and does not request tax invoicing permissions. The application works with business data only, and the authorization you review in Seller Central reflects exactly that.
