Product capabilities

Features

This page describes what B2M - MCP does, area by area. Each capability below corresponds to a specific functional role of the Amazon Selling Partner API that your account authorizes during onboarding, so the product can only do what you have explicitly allowed. B2M - MCP works with business data: it never requests or processes buyer personal information, and it does not produce tax-compliant invoices.

Selling Partner API role: Inventory and Order Management

Orders and inventory management

B2M - MCP keeps a continuously updated view of your orders and your stock. Instead of downloading order reports by hand and merging them in spreadsheets, your team sees order statuses, quantities and fulfillment channels in one place, together with current inventory levels for every SKU. The goal is operational: to know at any moment what has been sold, what is pending, and whether stock will cover demand.

Order information is processed at business level. B2M - MCP works with order identifiers, statuses, quantities, sales channels and logistics data. It does not access or store buyer names, delivery addresses or any other buyer personal information.

  • Order tracking by status, marketplace and fulfillment channel
  • Inventory levels per SKU, with low-stock detection
  • Operational reports for daily follow-up of sales and stock
  • Historical order volumes to support replenishment decisions
  • Stock coverage alerts based on your own sales pace

Selling Partner API role: Product Listing

Catalog audit and product listings

A large catalog degrades silently: images disappear, attributes are overwritten, variations break, and listings drop out of search without anyone noticing. B2M - MCP audits your entire catalog and flags listings that are incomplete, inconsistent or suppressed, so your team can fix problems methodically instead of discovering them through lost sales.

Beyond detection, B2M - MCP supports the ongoing management of your product content: reviewing titles, bullet points, descriptions and A+ content for completeness and consistency, and applying corrections across the catalog.

  • Full catalog audit with a per-listing quality assessment
  • Detection of incomplete listings and missing attributes
  • Identification of suppressed or search-ineligible listings
  • Review of titles, images, bullet points and A+ content coverage
  • Bulk listing corrections and structured content updates

Selling Partner API role: Pricing

Pricing management

Prices on Amazon move constantly, and a price that was right last week can be losing you margin or sales today. B2M - MCP lets your team consult current prices across the catalog, adjust them individually or in bulk, and define pricing rules that keep your offers within the margins you decide.

The product also monitors the competitiveness of your offers, so you can see where your price stands relative to the conditions of each listing and react with your own strategy. Every price change remains under your control: rules are yours, limits are yours, and you can review every adjustment.

  • Catalog-wide price consultation and bulk price updates
  • Rule-based dynamic pricing within margins you define
  • Monitoring of offer competitiveness per listing
  • Price change history for traceability
  • Margin guardrails that prevent unwanted price levels

Selling Partner API role: Finance and Accounting

Financial analytics and reconciliation

Amazon settlements condense many kinds of charges into long statements: referral fees, fulfillment fees, refunds, adjustments and promotions. B2M - MCP extracts your financial events and turns them into readable metrics — revenue, fees, refunds and margin per product and per period — so you understand exactly where money is made and where it leaks.

The reconciliation tools compare settlement data with your own expectations, helping your finance team close periods with confidence. B2M - MCP reports on financial data for management purposes; it does not generate tax-compliant invoices and does not replace your accounting or tax systems.

  • Extraction of financial events and settlement data
  • Margin analysis per product, category and period
  • Detailed breakdown of Amazon fees and their evolution
  • Refund and adjustment tracking
  • Settlement reconciliation reports for your finance team

Selling Partner API role: Amazon Fulfillment

FBA fulfillment management

If you fulfill through FBA, part of your inventory lives in Amazon fulfillment centers, and managing it well determines both your costs and your availability. B2M - MCP shows the state of your FBA inventory — available, reserved, inbound and unfulfillable units — and helps you plan and follow inbound shipments from your warehouse to Amazon.

With this information in one place, your operations team can decide when to replenish, detect stranded or aging inventory, and keep fulfillment running without surprises.

  • FBA inventory status: available, reserved, inbound and unfulfillable
  • Inbound shipment planning and tracking
  • Detection of stranded and aging inventory
  • Replenishment suggestions based on your sales pace
  • Fulfillment reports for operational follow-up

Selling Partner API role: Amazon Warehousing and Distribution

Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD)

For brands that use Amazon Warehousing and Distribution as an upstream storage layer, B2M - MCP extends the same operational visibility to AWD: inventory held in AWD facilities, inbound shipments into AWD and the flow of stock from AWD into fulfillment centers.

This closes the loop of your inventory picture: from your own warehouse, through AWD, to FBA and to the customer, everything is visible in the same workspace and measured with the same criteria.

  • AWD inventory levels and status
  • Inbound shipment management into AWD
  • Visibility of stock flows from AWD to fulfillment centers
  • Combined FBA and AWD inventory picture per SKU

Selling Partner API role: Selling Partner Insights

Account health and seller performance

A healthy account is a precondition for everything else you do on Amazon. B2M - MCP monitors your account health information and seller performance indicators, and presents them together with the operational context that explains them, so your team notices deterioration early and can act before it affects the account standing.

This area also gives you general information about your selling account and its marketplaces, keeping a single reference of where you sell and under which conditions.

  • Account health monitoring with early warnings
  • Seller performance indicators in context
  • General account and marketplace participation information
  • Periodic account status summaries for management

Selling Partner API role: Amazon Logistics

Shipment status tracking

For orders shipped through Amazon logistics services, B2M - MCP follows shipment statuses so your customer service and operations teams know where deliveries stand without leaving the workspace. Shipment tracking is handled at logistics level — statuses, dates and tracking identifiers — and, as with the rest of the product, without accessing buyer personal information.

  • Shipment status tracking for outbound orders
  • Delivery progress visibility for operations and support teams
  • Shipment status history per order

What B2M - MCP deliberately does not do

The scope of the product matches exactly the permissions your account grants during authorization. B2M - MCP does not access buyer personal data, does not generate tax invoices, and does not include advertising campaign management. If you need advice in areas outside the software, our consultancy can help you separately; the software itself stays within the scope described on this page.
