Terms of service

1. The service

B2M - MCP is a software service for manufacturers and brands that sell on Amazon. It connects to the customer’s Amazon Seller Central account through the Amazon Selling Partner API, after the customer authorizes it, and provides catalog audits, order and inventory tracking, pricing management, financial analytics, fulfillment management and performance reporting, as described on the features page of this website.

2. Authorization and customer responsibilities

The customer authorizes the application from its own Amazon Seller Central account and can revoke that authorization at any time. The customer remains the owner of its Amazon account and of its data, and is responsible for its obligations towards Amazon, including compliance with Amazon’s policies applicable to sellers.

The customer agrees to use the service only for its own business, to keep its access credentials to B2M - MCP confidential, and not to use the service in ways that violate applicable law or the agreements that govern the Amazon Selling Partner API.

3. Fees and payment

The service is offered under the plans and prices published on the pricing page, in euros and exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly. The customer can cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the paid period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and never apply retroactively.

4. Data protection

The processing of data in connection with the service is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. B2M processes Amazon account data solely to provide the service to the customer that owns the data, in compliance with the GDPR and the Amazon Data Protection Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The software, this website and their contents are the property of Alejandro Grau Perez. The subscription grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription period. The customer’s data remains the customer’s property at all times.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and functional on a continuous basis, and we announce planned maintenance in advance when it may affect availability. Support is provided by email and phone, in English and Spanish, on business days.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as described on this website. To the extent permitted by law, B2M’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. B2M is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or consequences of decisions the customer takes based on the information provided by the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

The customer can terminate by cancelling the subscription and revoking the Amazon authorization. B2M can terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of material breach of these terms. Upon termination, customer data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal and of the European Union. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the service is subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules that may apply.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; changes are published on this page with a revised date, and material changes are notified to customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
